Job summary

Diasorin is seeking a Global Marketing Director Immuno to lead strategic development and long-term growth of the Immuno and Infectious Diseases franchise worldwide. You will shape the franchise vision, identify market opportunities, and align across commercial, scientific, and product development teams to drive sustainable growth.

You will lead marketing strategy, deliver launches with excellence, engage customers, and ensure collaboration across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Science or Marketing; MBA is desirable.
• 7+ years of marketing experience in a healthcare-related business.
• Experience marketing in pharma or companion diagnostics; Immuno/ID/disease knowledge a plus.
• English required; Italian a plus.
• Pharma marketing or lab experience is a plus; project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing strategy for Immuno globally, including launches and VOC alignment.
• Drive the global program to develop and grow the Immuno franchise in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Define immuno strategy, plan initiatives, and steer cross-functional teams to deliver growth.
