Qualifications

• 3+ years of PMO experience within critical infrastructure, power electronics, heavy manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, supply chain, business, or a related technical discipline.
• Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA/CIS-PPM, PMP, or CAPM are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy a centralized PMO milestone dashboard with real-time visibility for leadership.
• Maintain ServiceNow SPM as the standard source of truth for the project portfolio and audit data sources for integrity.
• Audit and monitor portfolio KPIs, project delivery utilization, and SOP adherence to drive consistency and excellence.
• Develop cross-functional dashboards and reporting for portfolio health, milestones, risks, and financials.
