Job summary

Trissential is hiring a PMO Analyst – Transformation Governance & Delivery Support to join our client’s team in a hybrid role (Minnesota or Colorado-based). You will support governance processes, stage gates, and executive reporting across a high-impact transformation portfolio.

The role offers exposure to enterprise governance, risk management, and portfolio management tools like Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, and KEY/Shibumi, with opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in project management, PMO coordination, or governance.
• Experience supporting plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action tracking.
• Ability to create status reports, dashboards, notes, and leadership communications.
• Knowledge of project lifecycles, governance, stage gates, and PMO methods.
• Experience with MS Office and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Independent worker who collaborates across teams.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support governance processes and stage gate readiness across transformational programs.
• Collect, organize, validate governance artifacts, approvals, evidence, and documentation.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and action items across workstreams.
• Create and maintain status reports, governance updates, and executive summaries.
• Assist with governance reporting and dashboard preparation using PM tools.
• Maintain governance information in KEY/Shibumi, SharePoint, SPM, Jira, and Power BI.
• Identify process improvements to enhance consistency and documentation quality.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and ensure timely governance completion.
• Support delivery oversight and readiness reviews for strategic initiatives.
