Job summary

STV is seeking a Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) Specialist to support Digital Advisory Services in Charlotte, NC. You will configure Autodesk Forma, Oracle Unifier, Procore, Kahua, and Trimble Unity Construct for client needs, lead requirement sessions, and train client teams.

You will analyze data, provide day-to-day system support, and drive data-driven workflows to expand project control capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the AEC industry.
• Basic knowledge of project management and construction workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Tech-driven thinking and attention to detail.
• 1+ years of PMIS software experience is a plus.
• Experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Experience in data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure systems to meet client needs on Autodesk Forma, Oracle Unifier, Procore, Kahua, and Trimble Unity Construct.
• Lead information-gathering sessions and analyze requirements to support business plans.
• Prepare and deliver client training programs.
• Coordinate solution reviews with key client stakeholders.
• Ensure internal controls and accurate reporting.
• Provide day-to-day software operation support for internal and external partners.
• Extract and analyze data for program and project management needs.
• Explore advanced data-oriented workflows to grow the service offering.

STV currently has an opening for a Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) Specialist to work within Digital Advisory Services.

Responsibilities Include

• Responsible for configuration to meet clients’ needs in:
• Autodesk Forma (Build & Cost Management)
• Oracle Unifier
• Procore
• Kahua
• Trimble Unity Construct powered by e-Builder
• Leading information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs and support their business plans.
• Prepare and deliver training programs to our clients and teams.
• Coordinate the review of designed solutions with key client stakeholders.
• Responsible for using internal controls and reporting accurate information.
• Day-to-day software operation support for internal and external business partners.
• Data extraction and data analysis as demanded for program and project management usage.
• Explore advanced data-oriented workflows and technologies to expand the service of project control technology service group.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the AEC Industry is required.
• Basic knowledge of project management and construction management workflows is required.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Technology driven thinking and detail oriented.
• 1+ years of relevant PMIS software experience is a plus.
• Experience in BI tools is a plus.
• Experience in data analytics is a plus.

Compensation Range

$75,656.68 - $86,464.77
