Job summary

STV is seeking a Project Management Information Systems Specialist to work within Digital Advisory Services in Chicago. The role involves configuring Autodesk Forma, Oracle Unifier, Procore, Kahua, and Trimble Unity Construct powered by e-Builder to meet client needs, leading discovery sessions, and delivering client training.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in AEC fields, with 1+ year of industry experience, strong communication, and a tech-driven mindset; PMIS software and BI/data analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the AEC industry.
• Basic knowledge of project management and construction workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Tech-driven thinking and detail orientation.
• 1+ years PMIS software experience is a plus.
• BI tools experience is a plus.
• Data analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead information-gathering sessions with clients and translate needs into PMIS configurations.
• Configure PMIS tools to meet client requirements (Autodesk Forma, Oracle Unifier, Procore, Kahua, Trimble Unity Construct with e-Builder).
• Coordinate reviews of designed solutions with key client stakeholders.
• Deliver training programs to clients and internal teams.
• Support day-to-day software operation for internal and external partners.
• Extract and analyze data for program and project management use.
• Explore advanced data-oriented workflows to expand project control capabilities.

Job description

STV currently has an opening for a Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) Specialist to work within Digital Advisory Services.

Responsibilities Include

• Responsible for configuration to meet clients’ needs in:
• Autodesk Forma (Build & Cost Management)
• Oracle Unifier
• Procore
• Kahua
• Trimble Unity Construct powered by e-Builder
• Leading information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs and support their business plans.
• Prepare and deliver training programs to our clients and teams.
• Coordinate the review of designed solutions with key client stakeholders.
• Responsible for using internal controls and reporting accurate information.
• Day-to-day software operation support for internal and external business partners.
• Data extraction and data analysis as demanded for program and project management usage.
• Explore advanced data-oriented workflows and technologies to expand the service of project control technology service group.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the AEC Industry is required.
• Basic knowledge of project management and construction management workflows is required.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Technology driven thinking and detail oriented.
• 1+ years of relevant PMIS software experience is a plus.
• Experience in BI tools is a plus.
• Experience in data analytics is a plus.

Compensation Range

$75,656.68 - $86,464.77
