Job summary

Kitchell in Walnut Creek, CA seeks an experienced Project Engineer to support PMIS setup, configuration, and project controls across Bay Area projects. This role offers hybrid work with no regular site presence required.

You will collaborate with PMIS Implementation Manager, project managers, and field teams to standardize workflows, dashboards, and reporting. A bachelor's degree and construction management or related experience are required; proficiency with Kahua/Procore and Power BI is

Qualifications

• Experience configuring PMIS platforms and implementing project workflows.
• Ability to interpret contract documents for project startup.
• Strong data management and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate standardized setup of new projects using PMIS.
• Configure maintenance of PMIS platforms including cost structures and reporting.
• Support project startups and alignment with procedures.
• Collaborate with PMs and field teams to establish schedules and dashboards.
• Assist with cost control tools and budgets as directed.
