Job summary

Kitchell seeks an experienced Project Controls & Analytics Manager to lead data analytics, PMIS implementations, and data governance for its Northern California/Sacramento region. You will drive standardized reporting, implement scalable data solutions, and coordinate with Finance, IT, and project teams to improve performance and decision making.

The role requires deep construction controls expertise, leadership of a multidisciplinary team, and a track record of delivering complex PMIS platforms

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive work experience in construction management and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and decision-support solutions for operations, forecasting, portfolio visibility, and process effectiveness.
• Coordinate PMIS implementations, data governance, and reporting across project systems.
• Develop data products, dashboards, and semantic models with IT for scalable reporting.
• Establish data definitions and SOPs supporting consistent reporting across projects.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team delivering PMIS, analytics, and business applications.
• Partner with Finance for forecasting and performance reporting to align data ownership.
