Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions is seeking a PMIS Specialist; Data Analytics for the Hudson Tunnel Project. The role focuses on delivering analytics, data integrations, and dashboards to support portfolio, program, and project performance.

The candidate will collaborate with PMO and executive stakeholders and contribute to a landmark transport infrastructure program in the Northeast U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in PMIS, data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, data modeling, and dashboard development.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems and applying data quality and governance practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work with PMO, project, and executive stakeholders to deliver actionable reporting.
• Experience supporting large infrastructure, transportation, utility, or similarly complex programs.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, OneLake, Power Platform, Tableau, SAP, or Dataverse.
• Knowledge of PMO, program controls, risk management, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PMIS data integrations, pipelines, and reporting solutions.
• Build Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Integrate data from project, financial, ERP, and operations systems for governance.
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable analytics for large programs.
