Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. is seeking a PMIS Specialist; Data Analytics for the Hudson Tunnel Project in New York. You will develop and maintain PMIS data integrations, dashboards, and reporting to support portfolio, program, and project performance.

The role requires a strong background in PMIS, data engineering, BI, and governance. Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, and data modeling will enable you to deliver scalable analytics for a landmark infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience in PMIS, data engineering, BI, analytics, or reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, data modeling, and dashboard development.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems with data quality and governance.
• Ability to work with PMO, project and executive stakeholders to deliver reporting.
• Experience supporting large infrastructure, transportation, or utility programs.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, OneLake, Power Platform, Tableau, SAP, or Dataverse.
• Knowledge of PMO, program controls, risk management, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a dedicated and accomplished PMIS Specialist; Data Analytics for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to contribute to this landmark project that is poised to deliver transformative impacts across economic, transportation, and environmental sustainability.

The busiest rail connection between New York, New Jersey, and the Northeast Corridor, the Hudson Tunnel Project will improve capacity, reliability, and resiliency of commuter and intercity rail transit serving 800,000 daily passengers from Washington, D.C. to New York and New England. This is a milestone project that is slated to receive nearly $12 billion in federal funding, the largest investment in a mass transit project in modern history.

As the PMIS Specialist; Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of this significant project. • Experience integrating enterprise systems and applying data quality and governance practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work with PMO, project, and executive stakeholders to deliver actionable reporting.
• Experience supporting large infrastructure, transportation, utility, or similarly complex programs.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, OneLake, Power Platform, Tableau, SAP, or Dataverse.
• Knowledge of PMO, program controls, risk management, and portfolio reporting.

The estimated starting salary for this position is $180k. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
