Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. seeks a PMIS Specialist; Data Analytics for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP) to develop PMIS data integrations, dashboards, and governance.

You will deliver portfolio and program performance analytics and executive reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong skills in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Fabric, plus experience with PMIS in large-scale infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as stated.
• Experience in PMIS, data engineering, BI, analytics, or reporting.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Python, and data modeling.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems with data quality & governance.
• Ability to collaborate with PMO, project & executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large infrastructure or complex programs.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, OneLake, Power Platform, Tableau, SAP or Dataverse.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PMIS data integrations, pipelines, models, and reporting.
• Build Power BI dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and executive reports.
• Integrate data from project, financial, ERP, and operational systems.
• Automate reporting processes to improve decision support.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable analytics for large programs.
