Job summary

Luster National is seeking PMIS Configuration Consultants to configure, implement, and support PMIS across large-scale infrastructure programs in highways, bridges, transit, aviation, and water sectors. You’ll build PMIS modules for budget, cost, schedule, risk, and reporting, and partner with project controls teams to keep program data structured, accurate, and audit ready.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing, integrating, configuring software systems (Unifier, P6, Kahua, or Procore).
• Configure business processes, workflows, security roles, and user access in an enterprise platform.
• Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems (APIs, authentication, JSON/XML/CSV).
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Manipulate, transform, and structure large datasets beyond basic reporting.
• Work with hierarchical data structures (WBS, CBS, COA).
• Integrate, reconcile, and normalize data across scheduling, cost, and financial systems.
• Improve data quality and alignment across systems; develop dashboards/reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Configure PMIS processes for budget, cost, change orders, payments, risk, issues, cash flow, and EVM.
• Configure security roles and user access; integrate PMIS with scheduling, DMS, and ERP systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards aligned with client requirements.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation across PMIS and integrated systems using SQL/Python.
• Collaborate with project controls managers, cost engineers, and schedulers to support program controls.
