Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a PMI Inside Sales Manager to own relationship management for high-value and key accounts within the designated region.

You will drive portfolio growth, collaborate with TMCs and partners, and identify new business opportunities to expand revenue. The role requires strong treasury management knowledge, sales and client-management skills, and the ability to engage across teams to protect and grow client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of treasury management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of treasury management and other bank products and services.
• Strong sales/business development and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals, groups, and vendors across the company to manage customer relationships.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct outbound calls and sell PMI products.

Responsibilities

• Own all relationship management activities for high value and other key relationships in the assigned segment or region.
• Grow and expand cumulative relationships in conjunction with TMCs and other banking partners.
• Identify and refer new business opportunities with existing clients to TMCs and support the sales process.
• Monitor and enhance profitability of relationships and mitigate client and revenue attrition.
