Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Treasury Management Relationship Manager to own high‑value client relationships, drive portfolio growth, and expand revenue across the assigned segment and region.

You will conduct proactive outbound calls, identify new business opportunities with existing clients, and coordinate with TMCs and banking partners to sell PMI products while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of treasury management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of treasury management and other bank products and services.
• Strong sales/business development and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals, groups, and vendors across the company to manage customer relationships.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct outbound calls and sell PMI products.
• Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.
• Must comply with applicable employment eligibility verification requirements.
