Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a PMI Inside Sales Manager to own relationship management for high-value and key accounts within the designated region.

You will drive portfolio growth, collaborate with TMCs and partners, and identify new business opportunities to expand revenue. The role requires strong treasury management knowledge, sales and client-management skills, and the ability to engage across teams to protect and grow client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of treasury management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of treasury management and other bank products and services.
• Strong sales/business development and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals, groups, and vendors across the company to manage customer relationships.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct outbound calls and sell PMI products.

Assumes full responsibility for portfolio growth and expansion of cumulative relationships in conjunction with TMCs and other banking partners. Identifies and refers new business opportunities with existing clients to TMCs and support sales process. Monitors and enhances profitability of all relationships and proactively takes action to mitigate client and revenue attrition.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,600.00 - 136,400.00
