Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing education and leadership required.
- Registered nurse with California BRN license or eligibility.
- Experience in PMHNP or nursing education leadership preferred.
- CCNE accreditation knowledge desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate PMHNP program activities and curriculum.
- Enhance student learning experiences and advisory support.
- Ensure compliance with CCNE, ANCC exam prep, and BRN policies.
- Manage academic affairs, faculty development, and clinical teaching support.
- Oversee records, FERPA compliance, and accreditation readiness.
