Qualifications

Master’s degree in nursing required.
Active California Registered Nurse license required.
Doctorate in nursing, education, or administration preferred.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in California.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and academic leadership with the Pre-Licensure Program Director.
Supervise faculty and staff within the College of Nursing.
Coordinate clinical placements and site evaluations.
Monitor student progression and program outcomes.
Support accreditation and regulatory documentation.
Engage in curriculum development and faculty mentoring.
