Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our clinical team in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, FL. This 1099 contractor position offers flexibility from part-time to full-time with autonomy and physician-led support.

The PMHNP will assess, diagnose, treat, and coordinate care across multiple facilities, performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and ensuring high-quality patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active State of Florida APRN license in good standing.
• National Board Certification as PMHNP.
• DEA license required.
• 1 year of psychiatric experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, record patient histories, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and facility staff.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and psychiatric conditions.
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
• Participate in case reviews, consultations, and ongoing care coordination.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Location:Palm Beach and West Palm

About the Role
PHA is seeking a dedicated PMHNP to join our growing team. You will provide psychiatric care across multiple skilled nursing facilities, collaborating with staff and ensuring the highest quality of patient-centered care. This position offers autonomy, professional growth, and the support of an experienced physician-led group.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, record patient histories, and maintain accurate documentation.
