Job summary

PHA is seeking a dedicated PMHNP to join our growing team for psychiatric care across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Sarasota/Bradenton. The role offers autonomy and physician-led support, with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and coordination with facility staff. Florida APRN license, PMHNP certification, DEA license, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active State of Florida APRN license in good standing.
• National Board Certification as PMHNP.
• DEA license required.
• Post-acute care experience required.
• 1 year of psychiatric experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Proficiency with EMR.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

You will provide psychiatric care across multiple skilled nursing facilities, collaborating with staff and ensuring the highest quality of patient-centered care. This position offers autonomy, professional growth, and the support of an experienced physician-led group.
