Job summary

Ally Psychiatry in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team in partnership with UNMC. The role treats both children and adults with a primary focus on autism, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no on-call.

Qualifications

• Board Certified PMHNP.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Nebraska.
• NE DEA required or able to obtain.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communicator with patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per standards.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatment options.
