You will collaborate with psychiatrists and the healthcare team to deliver evidence-based mental health services, including treatment planning, patient education, appropriate referrals, and comprehensive documentation to support ongoing care.

Qualificações

• Knowledgeable in the broad field of mental and behavioral health.
• Experience in patient interviewing, examination and assessment.
• Ability to work independently and make clinical judgments.
• Proficient computer skills for charting and EHR.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management in outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with psychiatrist and healthcare team to plan and coordinate care.
• Document care and initiate referrals for health and community services.
