Jobot is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join an outpatient psychiatry team in Columbus, NE. You will provide comprehensive behavioral health care with clinical autonomy, collaborating with a Psychiatrist and nursing staff.

The role involves assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, counseling, and patient advocacy, with direct impact on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nebraska NP registration or state licensure.
• ANCC certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Master's degree in Psychiatric or Mental Health Nursing from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Manage psychiatric medications per guidelines and regulations.
• Order and interpret appropriate testing.
• Provide individual and group counseling and crisis intervention.
