Job summary

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in our outpatient mental health clinic conducts thorough psychiatric evaluations, develops personalized treatment plans, and manages medications, including initiation and titration, to support patient-centered care.

Working with psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, the APP participates in case reviews, provides crisis intervention when needed, and ensures accurate EHR documentation while complying with DEA, state regulations, and professional

Qualifications

• Current PMHNP licensure in the state.
• Master's or doctoral degree in nursing.
• 5–10 years of healthcare/mental health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Manage psychotropic medications with monitoring and titration.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists and social workers.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure compliance.
