Requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, PMHNP licensure, and 5–10 years of healthcare/mental health administration experience. Full-time, on-site position with salary between $120,000 and $160,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing required.
• PMHNP or PMHNP-BC licensure is required.
• 5–10 years of healthcare/mental health administration experience preferred.
• Complete TB testing, drug screening, and background check upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, including patient history and mental status exams.
• Formulate accurate psychiatric diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans combining therapy and medication management.
• Manage psychotropic medications with initiation, titration, and monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments for acute cases.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers and other providers to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Document accurately in the EHR and ensure compliance with regulations.
