Qualifications

• Active NC NP license and DEA license with buprenorphine prescribing ability.
• Medicaid/Medicare credential required.
• Minimum two years' experience in substance abuse treatment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and health screenings on admission.
• Assist Medical Director with intake, discharge, and administrative tasks.
• Interpret and document lab results; communicate findings to staff.
• Manage medication orders and changes per state regulations.
• Attend weekly meetings with counselors and document in records.
• Label medication bottles in NP/Pharmacist absence.
• Provide reports as requested and participate in care coordination.
