New Season Treatment Centers in Maine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to assist in patient care, evaluations, and health screenings within our opioid use disorder program. You will support the Medical Director with intake, discharge, and coordination with counselors and staff.

The role requires an active ME NP license, DEA schedule II, III C, Medicaid/Medicare credentials, and experience in substance abuse. Florida positions require psychiatric certification.

Formación

• Active NP license in ME and DEA registration.
• Medicaid/Medicare credential required.
• Psychiatric certification required for Florida postings.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct patient evaluations and health screenings on admission.
• Support Medical Director with intake, discharge and admin procedures.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, counselors and Program Director.
• Perform annual physicals and review admissions labs.
• Coordinate referrals to primary care for non-addiction conditions.
• Label medications when Pharmacist is absent and review clinical docs.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and document in patient records.
