Job summary

Colorado Treatment Services, LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in a Methadone/Suboxone treatment program. The role includes follow-ups, dosage adjustments, lab reviews, and referrals in collaboration with the medical director.

Ideal candidates will have NP or PA training, current state licensure, and experience with opioid addiction; a master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles and leadership within the clinic.

Qualifications

• Experience in counseling and teaching preferred.
• Master’s degree or higher required for leadership in care.
• Must hold active license to practice in state.

Responsibilities

• Orient new patients to services and identify needs.
• Perform physical examinations and assess health status.
• Collaborate with medical staff to plan patient care.
• Maintain outpatient records and compile reports.
