Job summary

WVP Health Authority in Oregon seeks a PMHNP to provide clinical leadership within the Community Integrated Health program. You will deliver direct psychiatric care, medication management, and collaborative planning with care teams to support individuals with mental health and substance use needs.

The role emphasizes interdisciplinary teamwork, trauma‑informed, patient‑centered care, and strong collaboration with community partners.

Qualifications

• Clinical leadership for outpatient mental health services.
• Direct psychiatric evaluations, assessments and medication management.
• Clinical supervision of behavioral health providers and peers.
• Knowledge of Oregon licensure and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for the CIH outpatient mental health program.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with care teams.
• Support integrated treatment for behavioral health and substance use.
• Participate in quality improvement and program development.
• Ensure compliance with Oregon licensure and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with peer-delivered services and community partners.
• Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive, recovery-oriented care.
• Assist in risk assessment and stabilization planning as needed.
• Foster a collaborative clinical culture focused on outcomes.
• Obtain DEA licensure and prescriptive authority.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration skills.
