Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health in Lancaster, PA seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our hospital-based Consult Liaison Psychiatry team, primarily based in the Crisis Walk In Center (CWIC).

The CL team collaborates with two CL psychiatrists and an APP to assess ED and inpatient behavioral health patients; autonomy, effective communication, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Autonomy to manage the daily work and engage with care team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessments and recommendations for ED and inpatient behavioral health patients.
• Collaborate with CL psychiatrists and APP in a hospital-based consult liaison setting.
• Work in CWIC with a team including nursing, care management, counseling and peer support.
