CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or experienced Physician Assistant to provide psychiatric care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. This part-time, non-hybrid role offers a predictable caseload and a flexible Mon–Fri schedule with no nights or weekends.

Formación

• MSN – Psychiatric/Mental Health with ANCC PMHNP certification.
• Experience in psychotropic medication management.
• Active DEA registration.
• (Optional) Family Nurse Practitioners with 3–5 years of psych experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team (psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, nursing staff).
• Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders.
• Consult on complex or unusual clinical cases.
