Job summary

CHE Behavioral Health Services in New Hampshire is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or experienced Physician Assistants to provide psychiatric care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. Work-life balance with a predictable caseload and no nights, weekends, or on-call.

You’ll conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe psychotropic meds, and collaborate with an integrated care team.

Qualifications

• MSN – Psychiatric/Mental Health required or ADV AMCC PMHNP NH certification preferred.
• Experience with psychotropic medication management.
• Strong collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team.
• Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders.
