Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing.
• PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active Texas APRN license or ability to obtain.
• DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Commitment to evidence-based medicine.
• Desire to work within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment options; maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR.
• Participate in collaborative treatment planning.
• Learn and support advanced treatment programs including TMS and SPRAVATO®.
