The Grant Group in Bedford, Texas is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) for full‑time outpatient psychiatry. You will deliver comprehensive evaluations, manage medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support adolescents and adults.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing is required.
• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Active Texas APRN license or ability to obtain.
• DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional psychiatric care.
• Commitment to evidence‑based medicine.
• Desire to work within a collaborative team environment.

Position Overview

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for adolescent and adult patients in an outpatient setting.

You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and support staff to develop individualized treatment plans that promote long‑term recovery and improved quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management and follow‑up care
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members

• Participate in collaborative treatment planning
• Learn and support advanced treatment programs including TMS and SPRAVATO®, as appropriate
