Carolina Psychiatry in Seneca, SC is seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. You will perform new-patient evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and ongoing treatment planning for adults and adolescents.
The PMHNP will participate in Spravato and TMS services, with training and clinical support provided. Expect a 75-patient weekly caseload, M-F 8:30-5:30, in a collaborative practice focused on evidence-based care.
Competenze
- Master's or doctoral degree in PMHNP from an accredited program.
- Current national PMHNP board certification or pending certification.
- South Carolina APRN license with prescriptive authority or eligibility.
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
Mansioni
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new patients.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat psychiatric conditions and related behaviors.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor response.
- Provide ongoing medication management and adjust meds as needed.
- Provide psychotherapy within scope of practice.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatments.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians for care coordination.
- Document in EMR accurately and timely.
