Qualifications

• Must live in the Denver Metro area.
• Active unencumbered Colorado RN license.
• Masters or Doctoral degree in nursing or BSN with plan to obtain higher degree.
• Minimum two years of full-time nursing practice.
• Minimum one year clinical experience in mental health/psychiatric nursing.

Responsibilities

• Orient to course objectives and clinical outcomes; participate in orientation.
• Develop student schedules, assign clinical units, supervise patient care.
• Evaluate students using logs, nursing care plans, and CCT; provide feedback.
• Coordinate with course faculty weekly; document issues; grade clinical work.
• Maintain professional relationships with clinical staff and provide on-site supervision.
