Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold NP license with DEA/CDS credentials.
• Understanding of DSM-V and diagnosis codes.
• At least 1 year of experience with SUD populations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health services to patients both virtually and in person.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat adults with co-occurring SUD and mental health disorders.
• Collaborate with counselors, case managers, and other team members to coordinate care.
• Complete medical records, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing entries accurately.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests and design treatment plans including medications.
• Present patients in rounds and communicate plans of care with providers and families.
