Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and Concerted Care Group (CCG) is seeking a PRN Dispensing Nurse for our Dover, DE location. The role supports daily patient care, dispensing medications, and maintaining accurate medical records under supervision of the Nurse Manager and Medical Director.

The successful candidate will have nursing credentials, Maryland LPN licensure, MAT experience, CPR certification, and the ability to work within federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• LPN licensure in Maryland.
• 1 year experience in medication assisted treatment.
• CPR certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications according to protocol and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain patient records and submit documentation within 24 hours.
• Verify patient identity using two identifiers at every encounter.
• Coordinate with Nurse Manager, Medical Director and Clinical Supervisor for care.
• Provide crisis intervention and assist with daily program operations.
• Interact with external agencies for referrals and dosage verification.
