Tribute Companies is seeking PME Installers for multi-family apartment construction projects in Raleigh, NC. The role covers plumbing, mechanical (HVAC), or electrical installation based on experience, with travel to project locations and frequent overtime.

You will work under a foreman and contribute to layout, rough-in, and finish tasks. We welcome candidates with installation experience in any of the trades; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• This role prefers hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical installation.
• Travel is required; company covers eligible travel expenses.
• Frequent overtime opportunities are available.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Multi-family or new-construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform essential job duties on ladders and active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing piping and fixtures, HVAC ductwork and equipment, or electrical wiring and devices as assigned.
• Follow foreman’s directions, project plans, and installation instructions.
• Assist with layout, rough-in, finish installation, and punch-list work.
• Move, organize, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with crew to meet daily production goals.
• Follow safety requirements and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Report installation issues, missing materials, and safety concerns promptly.

Location: Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington, NC, and assigned project locations
Pay: $15-22 per hour, based on relevant experience and skills
Job Type: Full-time with frequent overtime

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced construction environment, build practical skills, and learn about plumbing, HVAC, and electrical installation alongside experienced tradespeople.

We are hiring hands-on installers for multi-family apartment construction projects. We welcome candidates with installation experience in any one of these trades: plumbing, mechanical (HVAC), or electrical. Experience is preferred, but is NOT required.

You will work under a trade foreman and perform installation tasks appropriate to your experience and assigned trade.

Pay: The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $15 to $22 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
