Cosco Fire Protection, Inc. is seeking a PMA Inspections Sales Representative in the Phoenix area to promote our fire protection services to end-users.

You will develop tailored plans, identify prospects, and build strong relationships with customers to meet safety needs. The role requires a proactive, self-directed sales professional with a track record of meeting quotas and a relevant background in fire alarm/life-safety systems.

Qualifications

• Prefer candidates with direct industry experience in low voltage fire alarm/ fire protection/ life safety systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast paced sales environment.
• Proven sales record of meeting/exceeding assigned sales plans and quotas.
• Ability to work self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well independently as well as be a team player.
• 4-year College Degree Preferred or a minimum of 3 years direct industry experience.
• Proficient in the use of personal computers.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan (30-60-90 day business plan) for the assigned territory identifying key prospects, opportunities and selling strategies needed to achieve assigned sales goals.
• Promote and sell various service offerings to end-users of fire alarm and fire protection equipment in an assigned geographic market.
• Establish contact with prospective customers and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls, lead follow-up and utilizing outlined marketing strategies.
• Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to meet those needs.
• Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers and internal employees/support personnel that will achieve results.
• Leverage existing customer base by offering add-on services and/or upgraded coverage.

Our Phoenix, AX office will be adding a PMA Inspections Sales Representative to our team. This challenging and rewarding career works with other businesses to match our products and services to the client's fire and life safety needs. In this role, it is essential to gain an understanding of the client's goals/needs and tailor a plan to achieve their expectations. The position will be responsible for representing Cosco Fire Protection professionally, with respect to the promotion and sales of our services within an assigned territory.
