Silfab Solar Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team, ensuring on-time production replenishment, accurate receiving, storage and shipping processes. The role requires coordinating across Production, Quality, Planning and Logistics to maintain ERP records and inventory integrity.

Responsibilities include strict adherence to stock rotation, handling damaged or nonconforming materials, and maintaining orderly storage and data accuracy for audits and improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in warehouse or logistics.
• At least 1 year leading or supervising a team.
• Experience with ERP or WMS, inventory transactions, cycle counts.

Responsabilités

• Verify receipts against POs and docs; resolve discrepancies.
• Record receipts, transfers and shipments in ERP/WMS; investigate gaps.
• Maintain traceability for wafers, cells and panels with lot and serial data.
• Lead cycle counts and adjust records with proper approvals.
• Coordinate replenishment with Production and Planning to avoid shortages.
