Job summary

ResourceMFG in Trinity, AL is seeking dependable Forklift Operators to join our growing team supporting First Solar operations. This fast-paced warehouse runs 24/7, requiring safety focus, reliability, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating day/night schedule.

Starting pay is $19.25 per hour, with night and weekend differentials. Weekly pay, on-the-job training, and the opportunity to grow with a nationwide organization are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as scheduled.
• Basic RF scanner experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Transport, load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Perform warehouse tasks and inventory transactions
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Position Summary

Pay & Benefits

• -Starting Pay: $19.25/hour
• -Night Shift Differential: +$1.00/hour
• -Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour

Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• *Rotating schedule including weekends
• Employees remain on a consistent day or night shift
• Mandatory holiday coverage when scheduled

Job Responsibilities
