Harbor is hiring a PM Order Selector – Mods to join a family-owned warehouse team. You will pick customer orders using a voice-directed system on a Sunday–Thursday swing shift, with shifts ending based on workload. Pay starts at $18.00/hr with weekly incentives up to $4/hr, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand English and recognize numbers/product codes.
• Strong work ethic; able to work independently or with a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using a voice-directed picking system.
• Stand, walk, and work continuously for 10–12 hour shifts with safety in mind.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality in a fast-paced warehouse.
