Job summary

Harbor Foods is seeking an AM Order Selector – Mods to join our warehouse team in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The role involves voice-directed order picking, standing and walking for long shifts, and lifting up to 60 lbs as needed to fulfill customer orders.

Starting pay is $18.00/hour with weekly incentives up to an additional $4/hour, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand English and recognize numbers and product codes.
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Stand, walk, and work continuously for 8–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Join a fast-paced team responsible for accurately picking customer orders using a voice-directed picking system.
• This is a physically demanding role with frequent lifting up to 60 lbs and long shifts.
