Harbor Foods is seeking a PM Order Selector – Cases to join our warehouse team in Lacey, WA. The role uses a voice-directed picking system to accurately fulfill customer orders in a fast-paced environment.

This is a physically demanding position requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 60 lbs for 10‑hour shifts on a Sunday–Thursday schedule. We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Overview

PM Order Selector – Cases

Shift: Sunday–Thursday, four 10-hour shifts on swing shift. End times vary based on daily workload.

Pay: Starting at $22.00/hr with weekly incentives up to an additional $4/hr.

Join a fast-paced team responsible for accurately picking customer orders using a voice-directed picking system. This is a physically demanding role that requires frequent lifting, walking, bending, and working in a warehouse environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English and recognize numbers and product codes.
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Stand, walk, and work continuously for 10–12 hour shifts.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the shift. Products can weigh 60 lbs. or more.
• Repeatedly bend, squat, reach, and twist.
• Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements while handling products.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Working Conditions

This role involves moderate noise levels and work in both ambient and refrigerated warehouse environments. The ambient zone is not temperature-controlled, so temperatures may be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. This position also requires extended periods of work in a refrigerated environment.
