Harbor is hiring a PM Order Selector – Mods to join a family-owned warehouse team. You will pick customer orders using a voice-directed system on a Sunday–Thursday swing shift, with shifts ending based on workload. Pay starts at $18.00/hr with weekly incentives up to $4/hr, plus comprehensive benefits.

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the shift. Products can weigh 40 lbs. or more.
• Repeatedly bend, squat, reach, and twist.
• Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements while handling products.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Working Conditions

This role involves moderate noise levels and work in both ambient and refrigerated warehouse environments. The ambient zone is not temperature-controlled, so temperatures may be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. This position also requires extended periods of work in a refrigerated environment.
