VIP Hospitality LLC is seeking a Divestiture Agent for the PM shift in Seattle, WA. This role supports security checkpoint operations by guiding passengers through screening and ensuring smooth divesting processes in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include directing passenger flow, delivering TSA-compliant instructions, and coordinating with TSA staff to maintain throughput. End date for this contract is 2026-10-01, with potential extension based on attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to deliver clear instructions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and procedural compliance.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods (8–10 hour shifts).
• Ability to work in a dynamic airport security environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain/maintain an Airport Security Badge.

Responsabilités

• Control passenger flow into divesting areas to maintain lane throughput.
• Provide standardized TSA divesting instructions based on lane type.
• Direct passengers requiring additional assistance without disrupting flow.
• Coordinate with TSA and lane staff to adjust passenger pacing in real time.
• Monitor and address bottlenecks at divesting tables and X-ray entry points.
• Keep awareness across multiple lanes and shift support based on demand.
• Manage bin and property flow to prevent congestion and delays.
• Deliver clear, audible instructions in a high-noise, high-traffic environment.
• Provide direction for specialty items (medical devices, CPAPs, strollers) in accordance with TSA handling procedures.
