Job summary

VIP Hospitality LLC at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport seeks a Divesture Agent – STAC to support TSA screening workflows. You will guide passengers through divesting steps, communicate clearly in a high-volume environment, and help maintain efficient checkpoint throughput during the AM shift.

This part-time contract runs through Oct 1, 2026, with potential extension. Candidates should pass a background check, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be willing to work early mornings, weekends, and

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to deliver clear instructions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and procedural compliance.
• Ability to stand and remain active for 8–10 hour shifts.
• Ability to work in a dynamic airport security environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and obtain/maintain an Airport Security Badge.

Responsibilities

• Control passenger flow to maintain lane throughput.
• Provide standardized TSA divesting instructions by lane type.
• Direct passengers needing extra assistance without delaying flow.
• Coordinate with TSA and lane staff to adjust pace in real time.
• Monitor bottlenecks at divesting tables and X-ray entry points.
• Keep awareness across multiple lanes and shift support as needed.
• Manage bin and property flow to prevent congestion and delays.
• Deliver clear, audible instructions in a noisy, high-traffic setting.
• Guide travelers for specialty items per TSA procedures.
