Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is seeking a part-time Trained Medication Aide for the PM shift. The role pays $23.60 per hour and involves delivering medications accurately, monitoring residents' health, and building meaningful relationships on a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Completed TMA course with skills passed.
• Compassionate, reliable with solid interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Give residents their medications accurately and on time
• Watch for changes in residents' health and report them quickly to the care team
• Form relationships with residents that improve their day-to-day quality of life
• Stay in close, effective communication with the rest of the care team
