Chick-fil-A in the United States is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily operations, mentor teammates, and uphold hospitality and food quality. You will work closely with an independent Owner/Operator to drive guest experiences and team performance.

This role can be full-time or part-time, offering growth opportunities, education assistance, and well-being benefits as described in the posting. You’ll lead by example, coach others, and help maintain standards while managing schedules and shifts.

TEAM LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Team Leader, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for both our guests and team members. You will provide hands‑on leadership during daily operations while helping our team grow, maintain high standards, and deliver genuine hospitality.

• Provide hands‑on leadership, direction, and support during daily operations.
• Lead by example in operational excellence, food safety, and customer service.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to build confidence, consistency, and proficiency in their roles.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Uphold Chick‑fil‑A's hospitality standards by fostering a positive, team‑oriented culture.
• Ensure team members follow all Chick‑fil‑A policies and procedures.
• Take initiative in resolving operational challenges with a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Support leadership with inventory control, financial stewards, food safety, and quality checks, and effective shift planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Evening/Late Night availability is required, with availability from 3:00 Pm to 1:00 Am
• Demonstrated consistency and reliability in performance, attendance, and follow‑through.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
