• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure job expectations are met with policy compliance.
• Provide training and create work schedules for the team.
• Evaluate performance, reward good work, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and monitor quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as the contact for employee time-off requests and grievances.
• Mentor employees and support their advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
