Qualifications

• Current, active RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead staff effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.
• Proficiency with relevant computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate resident care delivery in accordance with regulatory and professional standards.
